I'm not Fat I'm just easy to see

Hooray. Just had my 1st weigh in and guess what. I LOST 6 1/2 POUND. woop woop and it has been really easy. I have made butternut squash soup and it was great. I have lentil soup ready for tomorrow. I have even had chicken chips and curry sauce. Amazing. So feeling pretty good at the moment. How has your week been?
